Class Descriptions

Private Lessons
Work one-on-one with an instructor on an ongoing basis or as needed to brush up on a particular exercise or area of interest. Many clients simply prefer private lessons; others use them intermittently to augment group classes.

Duet Sessions
These semi-private Reformer classes are with two clients. Perfect for friends, couples, or clients who feel a need for a little extra attention in their fitness routine.

Reformer Classes
Small group classes using the Reformer, a precision workout apparatus originally designed by Joseph Pilates. There is one Reformer for each client. Individual needs can be accommodated, and modifications are provided as necessary.

Mat Classes
This Pilates workout is performed in small classes, taught in three levels: Essential, Intermediate and Advanced. This class incorporates floor exercises with strategic use of supplemental small apparatus including the Magic Circle Fitness Ring, Stability Ball, Flex Bands, and more.
