Getting Started—Your First Private Session
Meet with an instructor who will help you to:
- Assess your overall individual fitness level
- Identify your specific strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Set goals and clarify your expectations
- Start enjoying Pilates—you’re on your way to your new body!
First Private Session
Each client becomes familiar with Pilates exercises before attending Group Classes. Typically, five Private Sessions are sufficient for Reformer Classes and one Private Session is recommended for Mat Classes. After the initial Private Sessions, clients may choose to join a Group Class or continue with Private Sessions.
